1. About Our Products

All products sold on MT Painted Wings feature original watercolor artwork created by Marcy Thompson. Prints, framed canvases, journals, and other items are produced through a print-on-demand service, meaning each item is made to order just for you.

Because products are printed on demand, please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and print processes.

  • Product dimensions and materials are listed on each product page, please review them carefully before ordering.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error), and we'll let you know promptly if that happens.

Once your order is confirmed, it goes into production quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at marcy.thompson@mtpaintedwings.com. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once production has begun.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, with additional time for shipping depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. MT Painted Wings is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

If your order is lost or arrives significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right. We currently only ship within the United States.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing/color preference changes. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to fix that. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at marcy.thompson@mtpaintedwings.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and designs on this website are the original work of Marcy Thompson and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use any artwork or images from this site without written permission.

Purchasing a product gives you a physical item for personal use only, it does not transfer any rights to the underlying artwork or design.
