Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Or store credit

depending on the issue and product availability.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color differences caused by screen settings
  • Items damaged after delivery
