My name is Marcy Thompson. I grew up and have lived my life in the beautiful American Northwest. I spent nearly 30 years as a school counselor, walking alongside students and their families through both hard days and big milestones. I believed in showing up, listening well, and caring deeply. I have built many connections that have shaped my life in a lasting way.

Moving into retirement, I have found a new rhythm in watercolor painting. I have always been connected to my creative side. I am taking this connection into my next chapter. I hope, through my art, to share the same warmth and perspective that guided me through the years as a counselor. I find beauty in the everyday moments and invite others to slow down and see it too.
